The History of Il Borgo G&G
Established in 2024, Il Borgo G&G is the hospitality arm of Grapes & Gatherings, LLC. Situated within a 40-acre property, the main casa evokes a rustic charm and old world provenance by its architecture and interior space while offering modern amenities to our clientele.
Our Offerings
A select clientele will have the opportunity to experience a physical and spiritual space to rest, recover, and retreat from distraction; a moment of time to recuperate, rekindle, and rediscover love, kinship, friendship, and interconnection with all living things.

The Vineyard
Three acres of grape vines planted with 2 different varietals. Following the principles of regenerative agriculture, 90% of plant food is organic and sourced from interdependent and supportive ground cover crops such as red clover and indigo, and oats and beans. Healthy plants, healthy soil, and vice versa!
La Chapelle
Overlooking the south vineyard is the Chapel of Our Lady of Cana.
Farm-to-Wellness
To find beauty and surround yourself with it is a basic psychological need. The fragrance and color of our favorite blossoms, interspersed with intermedicinal species and herbs bring life to the garrigue. Find lavender, calendula, and arnica montana among the many plant varieties.
The Secret Gardens
Scattered around the 40-acre property are seven unique destinations. Hike through the protected area of the land, or drive an electric ATV to get there.
Camp Borgee
Conceptualized for children, group activities, and team-building sessions, the camp is a playground of sorts where finding your joy and purpose is paramount.
La Veranda
Situated beside the north vineyard is the outdoor grand lawn. A space for play, relaxation, or celebrations of any kind.

What To Look Forward To - For Future Development
The Winery
It takes approximately 3 years for grapes to mature and be ready for harvesting. It takes about a year for the winery permitting and build process to be established.
